This little table telephone is only 3/4" H x 3/4" W x 1/2" D.

I do not know the maker at the moment! But...

Roy said check the Petite Princess book

and there is one somewhat similar in the book labeled as

a rare BLUE BOX.

Handle may be only partially there!
